Can't Login To Facebook

i'm not sure what had happened but now i'm having trouble logging in to facebook. i tried to reset the pw many times but its not sending confirmation to my email account. i can't login i sure am that i didn't change my password. but maybe just add an email address. is there any way i can access my facebook account i badly need it. please help!,
