I Can't Load Pictures To Fb, I Created 5 Albums But Can't Add Pics To Them

I need help with 2 things. 1st, I can create albums but I am unable to add pictures to the albums, 2nd I can't delete albums and 3rd I can't email FB with my question, I can fill out the info on the troublshooting site but it won't submit the info.
