Someone Hacked Into My Facebook Account And Now The Language On Everything Has B

someone hacked into my facebook account and now the language on everything has been changed to vietnamese. whoever the hacker is has posted in all the groups i am a member of. also, all my previous entries have been converted to vietnamese as well. i don't know where to go to change my password and reset the language to english. i tried the dropdown menus but they are all in vietnamese as well. i've tried translating the dropdowns on google translate, but i can't even find the right menu to try and translate. i'm not terribly facebook saavy. someone please help!
