Stepson Accessed Fb Account And Changed Password?

FB password changed by stepson. Wetried everything FB help sugest but nothing works. He also tried to set up new account using my information. Tried to report problem to FB for 4days and still have no results. Our original account had a profile picture and the one he has tried to open has no picture. I have tried everything possible FB help suggested and nothing works.
