Facebook Connection Issues

In several locations every time I try to open Facebook on either my iphone or iPad I get a message reading "No internet connection". In every case I am connected (doesn't matter wifi or 4g), and every other app works. I have Internet connection. I got a brand new iPad today and it still does this.I have done hard-reset, soft-reset, uninstall/reinstall, resetting settings, nothing works. Help
