I Am Having A Horrible Time Trying To Cancel An Ad That I Did Not Create Or Crea

I am having a horrible time trying to cancel an ad that I did not create OR created in error. There is a balance owing it tells me, of $6.92 and will not allow me to even cancel without paying for this ad I did not create. HELP! I do NOT want this ad. I want it REMOVED. Please!

GetHuman's listing notwithstanding, you won't be able to get phone support from Facebook; sorry. Instead, go to http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=195871097110131. If necessary you can also dispute the charges with your bank.
