Facebook Account Hacked

My Facebook account has been hacked for the 3rd time in the last 5 days and now I have no access to even my email that I have listed on my page. I also have my two businesses attached to my personal page which is BRAIN A. FARFAN AND ASSOCIATED and SUNSEEKERS. I have created a new email address which is [email protected] NEED HELP
