If it is a person/facebook user that you don't want to show in your search history, it can be done by blocking the person/facebook user.. Go to Privacy Settings>Blocked People and Apps>Manage Blocking

You can't really delete your Facebook search history but you can overwrite it.  For example you can repetitively search for the same word until it is the word that automatically pops up instead of the word you don't want to automatically pop up.

You can't, the only way to stop it from popping up is to not search for their name for a while
