Delete Chat Converstaions

I am trying to follow instruction how to delete chat conversation. But I can't find the action button on top of the messages I want to delete . How????

You can remove the chat by folllowing these steps:

While the chat window is open you can click on the little wheel on the upper right corner of your chat window > click on "Clear Conversation" to remove the chat.

If the chat window is already closed, you can click on their name in the chat side bar and a chat box will appear that has your previous conversations with that person. Then follow the steps above to remove.
