Facebook has detected suspicious activity on your account and has temporarily suspended it as a security precaution. This may be because your Facebook account was accessed from an unfamiliar computer. It is also possible that your password was "phished," or stolen by a website designed to look like Facebook. You will be able to regain access to your account once you complete the automated security verification process. More here.

Facebook is making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. During this time, you will not be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours. (Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.)If  your maintenance lasts longer than 24 hours, you may wish to follow these instructions to clear your browser's cache and cookies. If that doesn't work, try submitting this Facebook form. The above information is from this Facebook page, which you may wish to consult for further guidance.
