i dont know her url name so it wont let me let facebook know shes underage what do i do

If convincing your 11 year old to delete their account while you guide her through it, doesn't work, you can go to:

www.tothepc.com/archives/parents-access-children-facebook-account/

and on item # 3 you can click on "this form" to report under age user and the Facebook team will delete the reported account.

I think this is a wise choice that I wish more parents would act upon.
