Cannot Create A Picture Album On Facebook.

I need help creating a album on facebook. Each time I try to create a album, it is telling me I need to up date my flash drive. I have checked my computer and it has been updated with the latest flash drive. Can you help me with this problems. I am using window 8.1 and have called MSN for help, but they said I need to contact Facebook. I called Gateway since the computer was made by them, but they said to contact MSN, They in return said to call Facebook . My email address is.
