Why Can't I See My Conversations And I Cannot Chat?

I was chatting last night with three fb friends using google and then there was error that i cannot chat so, I logged out and use Mozilla but it was the same and all my conversations were blank. "No conversations.." And I logged in with another account but I can and it was normal. The next day I opened my account I can chat again. I wanna know what caused that to happen. Please inform me.
