Is There Any Where To Contact Facebook With Regards To Their (online) Games?

I have spent alot of time playing Bejeweled, to earn coins to be used for extras (boosters) like adding 5 seconds to a game, and also to be able to turn them in for the MOONSTONE gem that is supposed to start the game with 3 extra special gems. Twice now, in just a few days, I have spent the extra 25,000 coins for the Moonstone, and have not had the 3 extra special gems. It may sound silly, but I certainly feel cheated! A good thing I have not paid real money for this! It further disinclines me to do so!
