Account Hacked/fake Ad Words Acct Set Up/money Stolen From Acct/fb Billing Me No

Somebody hacked my acct many months ago, and set up a fake Ad Words acct and fake website (with the name misspelled). They then proceeded to debit money from my bank acct which I had set up in order to give a Target Gift certificate as a birthday present through Facebook. I changed my bank card, changed my fb password, attempted to close the ad words acct and fraudulent page, and they are still trying to bill me for money connected to the billing for this acct. I have written to FB several times through different "reports" avenues but never received any return email or call. Now they are saying I owe them money, which obviously will never get paid, at least through me. Help!
