to re gain access to your account you have to choose that option that reads  " forgot password " it will walk you through a series of questions n will email you your password.. after you log in you can type in permenetly delete facebook and it will take you to a page that you can send a request takes about a month for it to be deleted after you send in the request so dont try to log in before that.
