The first thing you need to know , what is the reason why you can't log in to your facebook account.

This might help you. Try to go to the fb.com main page and click forgot password option/tab -> Then input your contact information. Either email address or the phone number you used when you created your account.-> Once your profile appeared , choose the option that you can accomplish. ->Provide them the detail needed, either email or phone number .-> Recovery code will be sent to you. Just use that code so you can create a new password and be able to access your account again.
