Hello gowiddeflo,

Promptly sending the email to facebook regarding an overcharge to your credit card was a good thing to do. it shows that there was an incorrect amount charged.

I suggest you also contact Facebook's Support Team as soon as possible, and anytime you are experiencing difficulty with a Facebook purchase, or when you wish to report an unauthorized charge. This form is just for this purpose and will provide a prompt resolution offered.

You will need to be logged on to your Facebook Account. Then go to the link and click on the blue word that reads 'contact'. You will go to a form which will show all charges made on your account. checkmark the incorrect charge and fill out the form.
