I Have Lost My Profile Picture-all My Friends And Games Apps -i Cant Find Friend

I have lost my profile picture all my friends-cant request friends-lost my friends on my games apps-it says i joined facebook 13 hours when i joined in nov 2011. i sent alot of friend requests yesterday and changed my work status-since doing that everything has gone wrong. I have messed up my password-think i tried to change it and now forgotten what it has been changed to-can someone view my account and put me back to normal-facebook is like my lifeline and without it i am lost-many thanks
