How To Get Rid Of Car Town Streets App Ad On Facebook For Iphone App?

This ad has wiped out everything prior to it on my timeline on the iphone app. How can I delete this post so I can see the rest of my page?

Remove any data/information gathering/blocking Safari Extensions on the Safari browser
Then go to Safari menu->Preferences->Extensions (select appropriate Extensions to remove or turn off). *Remove App from your Facebook page: On the "Newsfeed page", scroll down to "App center"->"Your Apps" (left bottom)->Select CTS App->Hover over the CTS box on the upper right corner until the X appears, click "remove".

*Delete CTS on iPad/iPhone
*Turn off CTS access privilege in IOS (iPad/iPhone):
Settings->General->Restrictions->Facebook (very bottom)->CTS App button to "OFFs
