I Was Reported For Posting Something They Said Was Graphic.

I was suppose to be able to get back into my account today at 1 i tried but then it said i needed to download trend Housecall which I did and i had no threats found but i still cannot get into my FB account. can anyone help me as I did everything I was asked . I know who reported me and I intend to block her because I did not post anything graphic. I really need to know what to do to get back on Facebook.
