You must be able to use an email address registered with Facebook. Otherwise, if you can't recall your password, you're out of luck. Sorry.

With a registered email address, you can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
