Family Request

Can somene tell me why when iI confirm that I am someones family, I see myself in their family on the colomn on the left hand side but no picture apears and my name is in black?

Hello,

When you add someone as your family member, you have to wait until they confirm that they are a part of your family too, before you will be able to see your name and picture appear on their profile.

If they still have not confirmed that you are their family member, you will see your name in black with no picture on their profile.

Contact your family members and make sure they know that you sent them a family friend request. If they haven't seen it yet, re-send the request to them, and make sure they accept.
