How Do I Get A Facebook User Deleted Permantley

my name is chris and I run a auction company in beamsville Ontario,there is a huge issue and my company which had just started a major contract is now out of business and I have been evicted from my rental space, the restaurant above me and my landlord are all being harassed and slandered with untrue allegations,this person has done this to people online multiple times over and has been kicked off Facebook few times already.I have reported this to Facebook and they refuse tom do anything about it,ive lost my business and fiancé over these lies, he has no evidence of anything and he hacked into my fgacebook account and took pictures and then edited them to support his non sense, he created a Facebook page where he's getting people to follow him and slander my name and the other two companies' don't know what to do about this though, does anyone know how to contact Facebook themselves and can my lawyer be called to take him to court ?
