I Dont Have A Way To Get Into My Old Facebook? Need Help Please!

I had a facebook that i used under my email [email protected] but I dont know my password. They said that it would send me a notice to my cell phone but I no longer have that number since I have moved out of state. Please help me.

Facebook has no tech support to mention. At least that you can directly contact...
