I Need Help Getting Into My Facebook.

I had a facebook account. I changed my email address. Went to change email address in facebook. Couldn't get in because I had a different email address. Put in new email address & all it accomplished was making a new facebook account, which I didn't go into & put any other data. I do not want this New facebook account. I need help getting into old account. I'm old & don't understand a lot of this stuff.I need someone to walk me though this. Please Help.My email address is\

First delete the new account. For deletion, go to: https://www.facebook.com/help/224562897555674?sr=1.... Then to recover your old account submit the form at: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover.
