Confirmation Phone Number

I tried changing my password went threw all the steps it sent me a sms i clicked the link to confirm my phone number and whwn i do click the link it takes me to login page i try to login and it says go to my messages where it sent the confirm link to verify my phone number when i try to ask for another sms it says error so im locked out of my account can you please help its an endless circle of the same thing its very annoying
