I Am Locked Out Of Fb Totally, Can't Even Get In To Change Password. Help!

My FB says I've been temporarily disconnected. Is this a Virus? It's been 24 hrs. I can't even get in to log out, change password or even as for help. I am shut down completely. Please help! What to do?

Either your database is undergoing maintenance or your accout is disabled as a result of your actions.

Facebook may be making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. During this time, you will not be able to gain access to your account. In most instances, this maintenance will last only a few hours. Facebook doesn't do site maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it's possible that some of your friends will have full access even though you don't.
