Changing My Page To Time Line When I Hate Timeline. I Didn't Do It.

I have an Etsy page on facebook. You guys have made it Time line which is not easy viewing of items. I am so upset. I didn't do anything it just changed itself. My customers hate it and so do I. Do something about it. I can't even talk to a live person. You give a # to call and the recording says that you don't take calls. How crazy is that???
