Permanently Deleting Facebook Account Asap

i have an account set up on Facebook that i want permanently deleted asap. i have the email addres, but forgot the password. i am unable to change the password due to the email address not being used in over 2 years so it has been deactivated. i have verifed with Yahoo that the email cannot be retreived in order to change the password. how do i proceed with requesting my facebook be deleted with these limitations?
