How Does One Remove Ones Paypal Acct From Facebook Ads?

I wish to delete my paypal acct from facebook but it does not give me the option. It states that acct will be deactivated soon once they are certain that there are no outstanding bills. This is odd because paypal pays immediately

It is very true that Paypal is instant but glitches are also real - which is probably what brought about the need for Facebook to implement this system provision. If you have successfully disabled ad serving from your account, you should have no additional incurred expenses until the account is deactivate as promised. Otherwise, there is a contact form here for further assistance from Facebook's Ads Support team.
