Deactivated - They Say I Committed Fraud Using My Partners Credit Card For An Ad

Using my partners credit card to finance an ad campaign has caused a cry of FRAUD.  I have explained the fact that I have permission but Face Book is being unreasonable concerning a simple error on their part.  To finance a new on-line business, we are buying Google AdWords, URL submissions  etc all on this AmEx Card.  I am building the site and handling all of the mechanical stuff and the marketing.  My plate is really full so anything that distracts me is not good.  Both of my partners have a limited understanding of the hows and whys of the entire Web World so I have to explain and teach them, then sell them, then make it work,  I look bad now in front of these guys and I am also losing my Face Book Page including a Face book page for my personal necktie on line biz, I have sent them five email responses and I received the .  Can you provide any email address or method to beg for understanding.  this is not fraud but a simple misunderstanding and Face Book is being un-fair and very stupid, besides being impossible to contact To: [email protected] Hi Jeffrey,Our records indicate that your account was disabled due to suspected fraudulent activity.
