How Can I Contact Someone About Being Kicked Off Facebook?

I was reported for using a fictious name "little" and fb requested me to submit my driver's liscence or birth cerficicate to verify who i am - my sibling uploaded a blank photo to my account while I was at work and now I am unable to log on for over 2 weeks. I need to cancel the order that my sibling requested so i can actually upload my driver's liscence
