Someone Keeps Joinging Facebook Using My Name, Location, Etc. How Can I Stop Thi

How can I cancel my name from Facebook and keep it from being used again? I know who is doing this. Is it against the law?

People share names. Facebook does not use names to differentiate people. You cannot prevent anyone from using "your" name because it may also be "their" name.
