Hi, you can delete both of your Facebook accounts by logging into each account, then going to the page below and clicking on the "let us know" link:

After you've deleted both accounts, you can create a new account. You may have to set it up using a different email address, however. To set up the new account, go to Facebook.com and fill in the information under "Sign Up."
