I Cant Have Access To My Facebook Account.

I have deleted my cookies ( by error ) and now, to recognize my account, facebook is asking for the security code. i asked to send one via my phone number but it appears that the phone number is not how i have put it. i have contacted the facebook team but still no response. what can i do? its been since yesterday. and i really dont want to create another account. help me plz.
