Getting Old Documents
I am trying to get a copy of my prescription list from 1/2009 until October 2009 and have had no luck. Express Scripts purchased Next Rx during that time and I would assume that they would have to assume their records. How can I have my lawyer obtain these records for a lawsuit for which I am involved?
