Holiday Inn Express Hotel In Malvern Arkansas.I Had Accidentally Made A Rervat
I had accidentally made a reservation to the following hotel, Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Malvern Arkansas. I was thinking that I had made the reservation for Holiday Inn Express Hotel In Hot Springs Arkansas. I was informed the hotel at Hot Springs AK. was closed and no longer available. Prior to this we had stayed at Hot Springs the year 2012 in July. I realized the mistake I had made and immediately called the hotel to cancel the reservation which was made at least 6 weeks in advance until we needed the room. We were going to Hot Springs AK. July 3 thru July 7. The manager at the hotel said I couldn't cancel the reservation. She said the reservation was made through Expedia and that they handled the reservations. I was put back and forth through Holiday Inn Express and Expedia. I was told that I couldn't get a refund and would have to keep reservation. I was told by management Tracy that the hotel was only 12 minutes from Hot Springs AK. through our travels we had gps and still couldn't find the hotel for Malvern. We called the hotel at midnight July 3 trying to find hotel and was instructed that it was only a stone throwing distance from Hot Springs AK. he said that he didn't know how to give directions. we continued driving and still wasn't able to find tha holiday inn express in malvern AK. we drove until 3 am with 2 small children trying to find hotel. we had to stay in Candlewood suits July 3 am after driving so much and couldn't find original hotel that was reserved. we had to stay the remainder time at the super 8 hotel in hot springs AK. We do not feel like we were treated fairly about this situation. I have called expedia again and told the situation in hopes of being refunded back to my card for the reservation at holiday inn express malvern ak. i continue to be put back an forth with no response from anyone. Please consider the situation and refund this back to my mastercard. My email is I would appreciate some help due to this matter.
