Epson Workforce 645 Cartridge Change Problem

Our Workforce 645 is telling us to change cartridges, but when we open the priner as before, the cartridge holder does not shift over to where we can open the top and replace the cartridges. We are stuck! Help please :)

Use the naintenance button below the display panel and select repkace cartrudges. When u open the top the tray will shift left so u can flip it open.
