I Had A Paper Jam. I Removed The Paper & Now It Says :printer Error. See Documen
I had a paper jam. I removed the paper & now it say "Printer Error. See your documentation." On my pc it tells me to cancel printing & turn off printer. Then start. But I did that & it still has the same message. Frustrated as I have done what I was supposed to. Please help.

Greetings, Unfortunately the restart suggest is based upon a hope that the error might be steming on either a slight memory error or hardware misalignment which should be reset upon a fresh startup. On occassions where this simple trick does not work, it may be that the hardware misalignment is more advanced that the printer may require service. Paperjams are sadly capable of producing that result.
