I Have A K5 Printer On My Pos Equipment. Will The U220 Use The Same Cable?

Is the pin out on the rg45 connectors the same as k5?

i have been unable to identify the K5 but I am assuming the RJ45 is Ethernet. The U220 has multiple connections and the RJ45 Ethernet connection is a dealer option so one would request this option when ordering. This is the link to the U220.
