The "Too many lines" error message on the Epson LW-400 label maker means that the label memory is full. This can happen if you have written a lot of text on the label or if you have used a lot of graphics.

To fix the "Too many lines" error message, you need to delete some of the text or graphics on the label. You can do this by following these steps:

Press the Menu button.

Use the arrow buttons to select Delete.

Press the Enter button.

Use the arrow buttons to select the text or graphics that you want to delete.

Press the Enter button.

The text or graphics will be deleted from the label.

If you have deleted all of the text and graphics on the label and the "Too many lines" error message is still blinking, then you may need to reset the label maker to factory settings. To do this, follow these steps:

Turn off the label maker.

Press and hold the Power button and the + button.

While still holding the buttons, turn on the label maker.

Release the buttons when the label maker beeps twice.

The label maker will be reset to factory settings.

I hope this helps!

Here are some additional tips to prevent the "Too many lines" error message:

Keep the text and graphics on your labels to a minimum.

Use smaller fonts and less graphics.

Save your labels frequently so that you don't lose any work if you get the error message.

If you have any other questions, please let me know.
