There does not appear to be any version of EpsonNet Print software that is compatible with Windows 7 either 32 or 64 bit.
This is a common problem with printer software. You can try waiting for Epson to release an updated version (good luck), or see if Windows will natively support whatever printer you are using. Try installing it as a new network printer and see how it goes.
