Epic El2980 Resistance Not Working
Not magnetic resistance is not working I have metered 3volts dc at the red and white terminals. what should it read? the transformer is 120vac in - 12vdc 4a out the display appears to function correctly the magnets work they dont move towards the wheel. thanks frank
