Epic Model El 2980 Elliptical Machine - Blue Screen Only, No Text
My El 2980 is 54 months old and 6 months beyond the 4-year extended service agreement. It has had very little use, I am sorry to say. I got on it this morning, newly commited to using it regularly, but discovered that the blue screen lights up immediately when you pedal, but no text appears. The fan works and all of the menu controls beep when you press them, but without the black text you can't tell what is happening. I called Inconservice, but they basically said I need to buy a new console for $430 net. Any ideas would be appreciated.
