My Warming Drawer Won't Close

One of the springs on the back of the lower warming drawer broke off, so we took off the other spring and it closed for a while but now the door just wont' close. Do I need new springs only or a door glide also?

Thank you for your inquiry, vhjinvestments!

Based off the information you have provided your warming drawer is not closing in addition you stated that the springs were removed as well. It sounds like you may need to replace the springs and glide as well. To be cautious I would suggest replacing the glide. Since the springs were removed there may be possible damage to track. I hope this information is helpful. -OOS
