The Soap Dipenser Will Not Spring Open Anymore And Is Always Filled With Water.

Hi Sperkins40, I am happy to assist you.

Based on the symptoms you are describing, it sounds like the siphoning mechanism and/or water valve is clogged up. Try removing the soap dispenser drawer and remove the insert in the dispenser. Water can be removed by empting the drawer into the empty drum or a sink. Then clean out the dispenser and dispenser cover as well. Make sure the insert in the dispenser is secure in place. If the issue continues, then I recommend contacting a professional to make a precise diagnosis.
