Good Morning Katrina,

I understand that you are having trouble with your Electrolux dryer, model# EIED55HMB, going into a pause mode and the drum not spinning, even after unplugging the appliance and resetting it. I suggest to try and unplug it one more time. This time when you unplug it, leave it unplugged for at least 3-5 minutes. Plug it back in, and if it is still not spinning, I recommend contacting a local authorized technician to come and diagnose why the drum will not turn.

-Best Regards-
