Good Morning drscott, thank you for your post!

I interpret that you are having trouble with your Electrolux dishwasher (EIDW6105GS1) flashing and will not start a cycle. Let’s try resetting your dishwasher by flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn on your dishwasher. Confirm that the door is securely closed and select a cycle. If resetting the power does not correct the issue, I have identified that it could potentially mean a number of things: a potential wiring failure, damaged cord, faulty door latch assembly or control board. Because it could be a number of any one of several underlying causes, I would personally contact a professional to accurately diagnose your dishwasher to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
