Electrolux Microwave Model E30mo75hpsa

I have the microwave model E30MO75HPSA. The microwave works in all aspects except for regular microwave use. Meaning, the convection oven works great. It will heat and bake on convection mode. The turn table works, the clock works, all lights work. But the regular microwave function of heating food quickly or defrosting will not work. Any assistance is much appreciated.
